CASE STUDY
BSI Supply Chain Services minimizes enterprise risk and interruption through solutions that identify and mitigate supply chain disruptions and attacks. Articulating a business value proposition for these services can be difficult unless the target has a clear understanding of the:
- Depth and breadth of threats his/her organization faces on a global basis.
- Potential damage that would be incurred if the supply chain was compromised.
So Sierra’s efforts focused on the need/awareness phase of the customer journey, working to inform target personas about the risks their supply chains face, and positioning BSI as the optimal solution to help mitigate those risks.

INDUSTRY EVENT & TRADE SHOW SUPPORT
To make the most of BSI’s industry event opportunities, we blended environmental design with on-screen animations and presentations to deliver a cohesive environment with strong branding, clear messaging, and compelling visuals to draw in visitors.

OUTBOUND PHYSICAL MAIL CAMPAIGNS
It should come as no surprise the kinds of roles and responsibilities that BSI was targeting can be difficult to get a hold of. So Sierra developed a multi-wave physical mail campaign offering a free wall-sized threat map poster, complete with the target’s company logo, designed to appeal to the target personas.
The campaign was incredibly successful, earning BSI a number of new clients who hadn’t engaged with BSI previously.

BRANDED THOUGHT LEADERSHIP & SALES COLLATERAL
To drive awareness among targeted personas and accelerate the sales cycle, Sierra developed a variety of thought leadership pieces from threat blog sites and white papers to product sell sheets and brochures.
These collateral pieces were strengthened by a strong visual topography that supported BSI’s new [at the time] global brand standards, while also taking advantage of the highly-visual nature of the BSI solutions reporting and user interfaces.
