Retailer Web Services (RWS) tapped Sierra to maximize their presence and reputation as a knowledgeable digital marketing partner that could serve as a “one stop shop” for the unique needs of independent retailers of appliances, mattresses and furniture.

Turnkey business book creation and production
At the cornerstone of that effort are two business books – RE:THiNK (now in its second publishing) and RE:MARKET – that Sierra collaborated with RWS leaders to write and create the supporting internal assets. Sierra took it from there, handling the rest of the project from design and production to hardcover publishing, digital conversion and posting to Amazon’s On Demand Publishing platform.

To maximize RWS’s return on their content creation investment, Sierra produces The Digital Advantage, a semi-monthly digital newsletter produced within RWS’s Salesforce Pardot platform. The Digital Advantage goes out to exiting RWS customers, ensuring they have the information they need to succeed in today’s challenging retail environment.
